We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping coming soon.
Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Standard USPS/UPS delivery takes 5-10 business days after shipment. We offer free shipping on orders $49 and up.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos
- We'll ship a replacement at no cost
- We may request the damaged item be returned
If your package is lost in transit:
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- If approved, we'll ship a replacement
Delays
Occasionally shipping takes longer than expected due to carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, contact us.
Returns During Shipping
If you need to refuse a package or stop a shipment, contact us immediately. We may not be able to stop it once it's left our facility.
